Nope. Mea culpa my friend. I just responded to that shot of the Kluson types on the back of the peghead and it reminded me of filing the lugs away all those years ago. That's what the guy in the shop told me to do when I went back to tell him they wouldn't fit! I was off topic Bro and I've been kind of trying to step away from it. This thread is about your latest "batch" and not me reminiscing.

I have a Tele with six-on-a-side Grovers, and I do like them. I also have a Tele with locking Gotoh vintage-look tuners -work great. I am still partial to the look of the Klusons, and I do like the Safety Posts.
There are a lot of choices with tuners, including the ubiquitous fake-Grovers on eBay! You can't believe how many I have to turn away when people bring them in to install.
By the way - I like the "heel of the neck adjustment for the trussrod". You can really crank those!

A little more work on the neck. Actually I glued this blank up when I did the other Roadie. Had to change the angle a fuzz on the top of the peghead to get a perfect string pull with these tuners.

More neck pics, A couple shots of my truss rod/ radius jig or sled. And one of the completed radius sanded out.

Dane -- I like the radius jig. Very cool. Do you have a similar rig to radius the back of the neck?

Looking good Dane! I think that tool would become one of my favorites. Been wanting to get one for a lot time now. EB

I did make that deadhead sander and tried a few neck carves on it. But not is a very steep learning curve. It's buried right now so I have carved the last few by hand. From now on when I do use it I will probably just rough off a lot of material then finish by hand.

Eddie that's a very easy jig to put together. I bought the Bosch trimer router but I think the Mikita is easier to make small adjustments to. The Ridgid brand from Home Despot looks easier as well.

Dane, on the radius jig. What direction do you like to use? Side to side? or do you find the long way with the grain is better? EB

EB Eddie, either way would work fine but I've settled in on the long way. After getting it roughed out sanding it smooth is a breeze. And I just left it clamped in the jig this time to sand it.

While my son is here (for only a couple of more day) I thought he and I could make a radius jig. I like how yours looks simple to make. Been looking at so many that have been...Well, over thought! LOL! And yes I am doing much better. Another week I should be back up and going.

Glad to hear you are feeling better. And it's great that your son visiting.
This also is used for the truss rod slot. So be sure to make the rails the correct distance for your router to ride perfectly in-between the rails. I have video on that on my YT somewhere.
