You may have to do some searching for the Valve Standard, Epi discontinued them about 8 months ago.

Must have missed something!
My new old beater is a '66 Kay Vanguard. I'll post a blurb about it soon when I get a couple uptodate pics. Cheap vintage with alot of potential!

hoz,it was 7 posts of world of war crap spam. on a side note, ever come across any 60's-70's crap inport semi hollows? I just saw a few on eBay. I seen a messed up Ovation on there too! The back of it was cracked. Look under project guitars there are a lot of them on there. But all the ones I want end up costing more than I would give for any of them. To me if there broke, cracked there not worth much. But some one will always over bid on them to the point sometimes to where you can buy some new for a little more. I just don't get it some times... Oh well!

Ran across one last weekend at the flea market, but they wanted waaay too much. $250 for a EKO w/ severe neck problems. Cool guitar, and enough switches, but I was thinking $50. Those days are past us. Keep an eye out for old Kay Speed Demons. They're cheap when they're all gutted. People keep parting them out like canibals! Pretty solid and good candidates for three p-90s. Accepts Gibson hardware pretty easily.

Hey Fellow players and builders. I thought I would throw up some of my Geeters to share with the forum. I have no Saga's yet but plan to build one next year. Too cold now here in NY State...brrrrrr ;D So if it's supposed to be sagas only I apologize to you all This one is my OLP MM1 in a rare color. It's actually my favorite guitar to play right now. It has been upgraded with A Seymour Duncan SH11 Custom Custom in the bridge. I plan on putting an AttackBucker in it when I can afford one. It'll be a beast then for sure! The next one is a Strat Type Gutar I built with a wierd countertop color design. Another Strat Style build with a Basswood body with herringbone design that's Sooo light it almost floats..ha ha The next one's are my VH brothers Guitars. The white franky had an AttackBucker in it that just screamed early VH! Next one is an unfinished Franky that's just too cold to paint. Ash body that just sings! This is just a Squier Bullet Special Edition that Fender put out for a couple of years with one humbucker. Not too bad for a laminate body And lastly is a guitar I built for my Pastor friend. His kids call it Wormy! ha ha or as it's called now ANALID. Ash body and maple neck. Custome decal and custom made neck plate for it. That's all folks for now. Thanks for looking and letting me share. Great Idea this post ;D ;D ;D

Yeah I like it natural too. I may not even paint it or I'd like to try to do a road worn Stevie Ray vaughn look with it. That would be cool I am finally feeling better after 5 weeks...wew thought it would never end. Yes I am recording and trying to finish the new CD. Hopefully by spring of 2010. Fingers crossed

Hey I just found this thread and I love it all! I haven't been to this part of the forum since I joined! I'm glad I found it. I usually hang out in the "general subjects" but this is cool stuff.
I'm incredibly jealous because I don't own a single brand-name guitar. You guys have some gorgeous axes and sweet builds.
Now I'm a huge gear hound and I saw a couple pics but what I am really into is pedals! I know some people will probably fault me because you should just have a good amp and call it good but I love pedals. Cheap, expensive, DIY, it's all awesome to me.
So, I would like to see some pedal boards or hear about some awesome stompboxes you have been using.
I'll get my guitars and gear posted up here soon. I guess I do have this pretty awesome Gibson Les Paul Recording right now. It's my uncle's and he never plays it. It's a beautiful vintage piece and it's worth a pretty good penny!
I'll visit here much more often!

A lot of stuff in my life caused me to sell them off and all my recording stuff.
