Here is my acoustic guitar that I like a lot! Small in body but huge in sound. Easy to play. I didn't have to do any setup to this guitar. It is a perfect fit for me. I like it because it is smaller in size and sounds great! I would not be quick to turn your nose up at this guitar. Since I have owned it, I have had a lot of people trying to buy it from me.
To me, it equals many of the guitar out there. For me, it is the first acoustic I have owned in many years that I like so much as this one.

I'm sure I've said this before but I've had several occasions to play al brands of guitars at guitar shops. I'd play all the Taylors and Martins and Gibsons. Work my way around the room and end up playing a 4-5 hundred $ Fender acoustic and really liking the sound even after playing the high end stuff. Could have something to do with learning to play on my Aria. It looks great Eddie.

No you're not forgetting anyone Dane. Mea Culpa Sir because I had my wires crossed again. It was my friend off another Proboards forum from Maryland that mentioned Ken to me, and I was surprised he'd remembered him at that. Ken and I have exchanged massive eMails since 2017 and it's well worth the effort because he's a really interesting guy. Ken's in his mid 80s and as sharp as a tack which is why I want to try and head out West! At least I have a couple of years to get my head around it!

Dane, this acoustic is a little bit more than $500.00, But I get what you are saying. Even with acoustic guitars, it still comes down to one's ability. But in saying that, the guitars still need to be playable.
There for a long time, I was on a mission to get all acoustic guitars to at least be playable. I think I only had one that became wall art. Out of many.
I used to like to get hold of the ones that people were told that they could not be fixed. I was able to fix them all. But the one. But looking back on it, I think it was because the cost to fix them was more than what the guitars were worth in most cases.
But, all in all, I was always surprised at how some of the inexpensive guitars sounded. Sounded in a good way. I have also been surprised at how some of the real expensive acoustics did live up to their name on the peg head.
I know there are a lot of die hard Taylor and Martin fans out there. For me, I have worked on so many of them and know all their flaws in design and how way overpriced they are. I have repaired so many of the with cracked tops and backs, and a lot of them needed neck resets and the guitars were not the old.
But you take some lower line acoustic guitars, and they can be used and abused. Why is that? LOL!
For me now in days, I think I'm at my end of buying any more acoustic guitars or any guitar as far as that goes. I would like to try and finish the fabric guitar I started, and I would like to rebuild my first guitar that I started with when I was like 12 years old. I'll have to see how things go.
The day I did the last video, I was doing well that day. Today, no so good. Oh well, time marches on.

Nice guitar!
Re: Nashville, the cost of entry has really increased over the last seven or eight years. Though we live close to downtown, I tried to book a hotel near the arena just prior to CMAFest, and I got sticker shock!
I think a meet-up in Nashville would be cool...visit the local guitar shops, get some good food, and see a show. We would have to choose accommodations wisely.
Steve - my wife and I have been wanting to come back to Europe for years...may try it next spring.
