Okay, so they're customer service is really bad. And they never gave me a tracking number. And my kit arrived after my quoted delivery date. And the first saga kit I purchased from them turned out to be better off as firewood (which, considering I'm in phoenix is about as useful as a paraplegic in an ass kicking contest...) But all those things aside, I still could not contain my overwhelming joy when I found a big red box waiting for me this afternoon! My saga Les Paul kit finally arrived today, and I wasted no time assembling it. As I expected, there turned out to be a few minor adjustments that will need to be made, but nothing major. I put her together and strung her up and aside from needing to be set up, I was ASTOUNDED by the feel and sound! The biggest thing I noticed was the ringing sustain. And the pickups are very bright and punchy, and have plenty of body. Pretty much what you'd expect from a real Les Paul. I'm not saying that my saga kit is as good as a $3000 Gibson guitar, but it's pretty d**n good for $150. I will document my progress with the kit, and hopefully it will become part of the Saga Sagas. But for now I'm just going to play it for a while.
