Like many, I have engaged in creating a Saga kit. Mine's Tele style, finished in a dark red color.
Basically, for the paint, I used almost an entire can of Duplicolor automotive spray. For the clear coat, I also used a whole can of Duplicolor clear coat. Is this enough clear coat? It's not glossy at all, will this change after buffing?
Go easy on me, it's my first attempt at finishing.

I would go ahead and use another can of clear. This will give you a nice base for wetsanding. The buffing process will make your guitar nice and shiny...if you take your time!
Good luck, John

Thanks much!
I'll use another can, and I'll be sure to post up my progress when I finish.
