We were all talking about modern tech. This guy is using just that. His sound is all digital. In his newer videos, is using what looks to be a Bose system. The PA I call the stick.
I like the looper he is using as well. Seems to be easy to use, and he can add sound on top of sound without loosing sound by recording the parts he wants or needs.
He does what he does with ease. Pretty cool. The video shows just what I have been talking about. One does not need a band or even a sound tech to get a good sound. If you noted, he did need any in-ear monitoring. He places the PA where he can hear what he is doing. His system is simple and easy to use, and it looks like it doesn't take up a lot of space.
One other thing I like about him is he knows that he has to have a permit to play on the streets. I used to do the same thing. Anytime I did anything in parks or on the streets, I got a permit. That way, I knew the police or anyone else could not make me close up without just cause. I only had to show my permit one time to a person at a park when they said I didn't have the right to be there. Not only did I have a permit, I had to rent the stage I was playing on from the city. There is more to it all than a person standing on the street playing. I know that there are some that do play without the permits and permission. I did that too when I first did it because I didn't know better. So next time anyone sees a person playing on the street, be kind and give them a few bucks. These people are poring out their hearts and soul to people.
This guy must be doing alright. He seems to be able to travel the world to play his music. That would be a cool thing to do. I got to go around the USA and Mexico. But never been to anywhere else.

This guy is really good and he's really comfortable with his tech. Makes me think of Dovydos. Not stylistically but with a good command of loops and such.
