Looks like I will have to put this project on hold for a while. The temps here took a huge dive. Not going to risk this build in the cold. LOL! Little loan myself. HA!
So, it will be hard to tell when I'll be able to get back on this. Until then, you all have a great and safe Christmas!

I think our lowest temp so far has been 17 degrees overnight. I would not be in the shop without heat.

This build is coming right a long. Been working on it in the house. No, I have not made any more videos of it. Going to wait and do that after I finish the guitar. Not going to do as many videos. For one reason, it seems not too many are all that interested in this build. But I will post a video of it being done for those that are.
After that video, my video making days will slow way down. It's been some fun to make the videos. But with YT and the way they do things, it's not worth the time or effort to make the videos.
It's getting time for me to move on to other things I want to do in my life while I can.
But this build is looking pretty good. I decided to go with a satin look. I think it has the best look for this build. The wood is enough to carry it. It does not need that super shinny look. Once you all see it, you will see what I mean.
I have the top almost done. A little more work on it, then it will be onto the back of the guitar. I will do the same with it as I have done on the top. I hope it all works out. Likewise, I would like to try and get this guitar put together just after Christmas. I would like to get done before then, but I have not been feeling good again. The old health issues I have, have really been hitting me hard.
So, little bits at a time. I'll get it done. Give me a few more days. I'll post some pictures of how it's coming out.
I hope you know, that this will be my last scratch built guitar. I was trying to count up all the Kustom guitars I have made over the years. I stopped counting after 75. I am guessing I have close to 100 Kustom guitars I have made over the years. No, I didn't post them all. One year I made 6 Kustom guitars for clients. That is when I lived in AZ. The rest were guitar I made for myself and have sold them or traded them or even given away.
This past year, I have given away 5 of my guitars that I made. I sold one of my production guitars a few weeks ago. Fist guitar I sold in two years. That money went to the doctor bills. Stupid doctors. LOL!
It not fun getting old...

Looking forward to the pictures Chaz. And I second the "not fun getting old". But there is only one other option.
