Drum

This is a drum that I had gotten form my son. I know it's not a guitar but hang in there.

 This drum was going to become part of a land fill. this is from the 1940's. My son did not want it to sent to the landfill black hole. LOL!

  So he brought it to me knowing I would do something with it. So I restored it.

 IN the move to our new place the old strap got broken. My son does a lot of cool custom work with leather. So he made me a new strap for it. It looks like it came with the drum.

 If anyone has a need to have custom leather work done be a guitar strap, Pickguard, wallet, and so on then get hold of me with what you want. He is starting up a custom leather works business. He is going to start making motorcycle seat covers as well. So any kind of custom leather work you can think of please let me know. My son is also a retied military vet. And he is a single Dad raising 3 boys. So he could use the work. Thanks!

Thanks! You should see some of his other things that he has done in leather.

 If you or anyone else need something in leather, please let my son give you a price on it. His stuff is all hand tooled. No pre stamped out stuff. Full on custom work.

 anything from guitar straps to pickguards, to anything you need in leather. He even made me a coin holder, a pick holder a pouch for hold my external hard drives. He made my wife a purse, wallet, book marker.

 

 Yeah, I'm trying to help him get things going.

I've seen some of his work on here in the past. He is a talented leather man! If I hear of anyone needing leather work I'll you know.
