I just watched this yesterday, it is a huge change up for CBGs. Very interesting thing to do but I'm not sure I could ever make it sound good. I wouldn't be surprised to see Tim try this on a guitar or bass now that he's done this.

back when I was building CBGs I almost did one something like this. My design was a little different but the same kind of idea. Now I wish I had made it. LOL!
