Well, of course it always has to be subjective doesn't it?
This clip is of a UK based covers band called BeSharp. They would crucify me for that statement because they are so much more than a covers band, but you can see them usually for free in pubs around London and the south east.

This piece- "5 Miles Above" was written by the bass player Dave, but he passed many years ago. They still play it in the set in deference to him.
But the interesting thing for us lot is that Jerry made his own guitar and although he usually has a Strat as a back up, I've never seen him play any other guitar than the one in the video.
Even if it's not your cup of tea, I still reckon that he knows his scales and plays fluently, impressively and effortlessly. What you can't see is that he is also handling a multi-way midi controller pedal on the floor.
Jerry's a nice guy too.
