I freidn of mine in SD is looking to sell their Gibson SG Special Faded guitar
at the mo I don't have details of age or exact model number but I am trying to get these. Also no pics.
It is in mint condition from what I know and has not been played very much at all
What do you think my friend should be asking for this?
If anyone would liek to make her an offer let me know!

From my looks into the market, these are going in the low $500s. Check ebay for more info

Yeah eBay is where I go to get used prices. Just keep in mind what someone is asking for a guitar does not mean that is what it sold for if it sold at all. I will sometimes watch a guitar or item to see if it sells for the asking price. But you can get really close to what it's worth.

Does it have a hard case with it? Gig bag?
Those are selling new at Guitar Center for $699. They are selling around $450-500 on Craigslist in Nashville.
Pricing on eBay is always tough because it is always been my experience that what shows up at the front door is always a little different -- either better or worse -- than the listing indicates.
I guess it is like a "box of chocolates"!
Good luck, John
