So I got my first order from Stewmac today (I'm really excited) and I checked the radius on the squier neck and it looks like it's in between 10 and 12 so I guess I'll just sand it to 12 now all I'm waiting for is my veneer which shipped today and I'll be ready to go finished sanding the body yesterday and then I gotta finish getting the hardware I hope this turns out as good as I'd like it to

The key on any build or rebuild is taking your time. Don't get in a hurry. I learned that the hard way.

Got the body stained and frets out. Dane I see what you mean now about having to sand the fretboard still waiting on my veneer and then I can start filling in the frets Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Attachments:

Can't decide whether to stain the neck to match the body or leave it the color it is any thoughts? And I'm going with all gold hardware Attachments:

I like the natural maple look. But amber would look killer next to the dark stain.

I'm with Dane and Eddie - a little amber on that neck would look good. That body really turned out great.

it's better to buff out before you assemble. So I would wait until it's cured really good.
