Hey there all... Thought I would give my yearly up dated on this guitar. As some of you know I have been going through all my guitars and making sure they are working like they should. I don't know how guitars can be stored away and yet they can stop playing or be in need of things. Well, any way I know a brag on this build from time to time. I really love this guitar. I can never say thank-you enough all that helped make this guitar possible. So I have not play this in a while. I just spent the last hour playing her. WOW, this guitars is just amazing. For it not to have any tone controls on it (other than the on board effects) this guitar sound amazing. The P90 stile pickups sound really good, as well as the stacked humbucker. You can get so many sounds out this rig, I know I have not even taped all that it can do. All I had to do her today was lower the bridge a little. I guess setting around in a case and the dry weather here in AZ made her move a little. But nothing too bad. I really like the sound/tones I can get form this guitar. I am thinking of not putting a tone control in my next build. I did nothing to the sound of my amp. I plugged the guitar in and left everything on the amp to where I use the amp for my other guitars. I was so blown away at how great she sounded. WOW! I need to play her more often. Thanks again to all... And thanks for reading about the guitar Attack Guitar build! Hey John, when are are you going to build one?

Hey now that I have a way to record. I thought I might do some Video of this guitar. But I'm not going to unless I can get some interest in me doing so. She has some age on her now and sounding better than ever. So I'' see how many of you are interested in a video. Now I don't shred or stand on my head or play behind my back these days. LOL! But I will try and show you all how she sounds. EB

Ok, I'll try and work on that and get it posted. I hope I can show what she can do. I'll be playing it through my Peavey Delta Blues amp. I will be using what is built in to the amp. The Guitar Attack guitar has on board effects. If I remember right there are 5 on board effects. I'll go through each one, and each pickup, one at a time, then end will all three pickups on.
she is a really cool guitar. So many ways to get all kinds of tones. I am sure that someone like John W could get all kinds of cool hard rock sounds out her. But me I'm just a bluesy kind of guy. But I'll do my best...

Yeah Kcjewel, I'm here in Prescott AZ. I still play the guitar once in a while. She is still one of my favourite guitars. I'm going to build me a wall rack to put some of my keepers on. Kind of my little museum. The Guitar Attack parts build will be one that I keep for ever. She will be hanging next to my 71 custom LP. I am still planing on doing a video of this guitar. I just got the video cam out yesterday, and got it all set up. If I can find some free time now. I'll make a video of it, the neck though cherry and maple LP that John made me some custom pickups for. I sty really busy taking care of my Mom, in doing so, she takes up a lot of my time. Also been selling a lot of my gear off, and that has been keeping me buys as well, and I can't forget, I have been doing a lot of set ups of late. I work on them at nigh, most of the time. But, the videos will come. Just can't when. It will be on a sper of the moment kind of thing. EB

It's a dead ringer, for sure. except for the body shape, pickups, volume and tone controls and the chrome hardware, I can see it. LOL

The color is close, but it's not the Guitar Attack parts build. the GA guitar has a fixed bridge, and it does not have a flame top. the GA build also has 3 pickups on it, with a volume for each pickup and an on board effects. Would have been cool to see it on the cover of a mag... Oh well... EB
