Sounds good. It sounds like a westernmovie soundtrack though I like those lapsteels, can you play those the same as you play a guitar?

Oh my gosh Eddie! Was that Sonny Landreth?!?! I love that guy! Ever since I saw him play Clapton's Crossroad's Festival, I fell in love with his sound. I know a guy, he's an old blues rock player, who goes down to Texas sometimes and hangs out in this kinda special club and Sonny Landreth plays down there sometimes and he got to meet the guy and here him play and everything! Here's Sonny playing the Festival: www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oNFRWXDSA8

Yes I have some of his music. I like his stile of playing. Another one you don't hear a lot about but still a great guitar player. It funny there use to be a place in Riverside CA where Ted Nugent use to hang out at and my friends and I got to meat him there. They use to have open mic night there and when he wasn't doing anything he would show up and jam with people.

Yah Sonny really flies under the radar! That's so cool about Ted Nugent! So many guitarists or singers always have a certain club or somewhere they love to come jam. That's why so many singers or guitarists drop solo albums because they love getting up there and jamming and not worrying about anyone else caring!

yeah some of the Beach Boys use to come to our practice to do nothing but listen to the band I was in way back then. They said it was a cool place to go to get away from things. The cool thing about that was no one knew there were there. They were some real cool guys to hang out with. I was only 15 at that time.

yes that's them! I even got to drive one of there Corvette's It was new at the time. One thing about music I did get to meat a lot of people. Wish I was still in contact with them all but once you get out the interment field it's like everything else you loos contact. But It was a real fun time for me being a teen and all. I also did a lot surfing up and down the CA coast line. The lead guitarist (of the band I was in) had a beach house on the board walk of New Port beach CA. When we weren't playing anywhere we would be at the beach house. A lot of fun back then.
