eddie, 150 tee shirts is a little much for one man lol Then that become a promo item. You give them away to people like when you race. Or you would never have to worry about cleaning them. Just wear one till you can't stand it and through it away. Or use it for a polishing rag if you didn't want to through it away. Again just messing with yeah! That is a lot of units. Not like the old days when you make a silk screen and do it your self. I don't even know where you can get the cems to do a silk screen these days. But back when I was in high school that is how I made extra cash. Back then I use to hand cut the amber lithe we didn't have the photo kind of stuff they have today.

Bloodmoon, It was fun being young, but youth is wasted on the young. We're lucky we're alive to tell the tale. Sorry to hear you lost your sweetie. At least ZZ top is still around! or are they?
Hey Irish, since we do signs and such, we deal with guys like you. We run as low as a couple of dzn 1 to 2 color designs. Send me your logo and tell me what you want it printed on and I can get you a quote. Then shipping it. There's probably someone local to you that would do it. Those guys seem to crop up around here every once in awhile.
Eddies right, it's way cost effective for my work to want 150+ peice orders, setup once and count the money. We just try to charge a little extra than try to make somebody buy 5 years worth of work shirts.
I think the small stuff cushions us in between big orders anyways. Alright I feel like I should be gettin' paid for this post, haha!

Stew mac switched to DHL for awhile last year. It went from getting stuff in two day to about a week or longer! Go brown! I recently made these at work for my guitar repair. Never had a card before, been going on word of mouth for years. Figure you guys would want to see this. I've built a sustainable client base over the years if my day job ever went south. When things get settled at our new place I think I'm going to try to open up more business.

I tried to get in with the local music stores but so far nothing from them. The one store (there are only 2) the owner there is like he just would like to shoot you than to look at you vary grumpy old man.

Ask for my number everytime I walk in but never call. Years back there was a couple of shops I got jobs thru, but they closed. Guitar Center opened up nearby! I do repairs for a couple of local musicians that basically advertise for me. Thier buddies play on the guitars I setup or fix and want me to do the same for theirs. So they bring me some good jobs. This happened accidently. I've done a couple freebie jobs along the way.
