Anybody heard of a TUSC amp?

Recently found an amp head (Parents garage).

TUSC.
The model is CF100 all tube.
my dad told me its built in late 70's early 80's. he got at a garage sale back in the early 90's
the amp color is brown pleather looking, looks vintage

Anybody know anything about this amp.

I will post a picture later.

about all I can find out so far from a google search is that they were a small amp company in the 1980's.
