Not too bad up here this week, either. Ted Nugent was here Sunday night, and Heaven & Hell, Motorhead, and Testament were here Tuesday. It's a good summer for that crazy rock and roll music the kids like so much.

I Tivo'd "Heaven and Hell" at Radio City from VH-1. What a great concert. Ronnie James Dio is still one of my favorites.

BTW Shattered...where do you live? Great music, wherever it is!

I live in Buffalo - All the acts I mentioned came to the county fair. Nuge was here on the 10th, and H&H/Motorhead/Testament were on the 12th for the "Masters of Metal" tour.
The sucky thing was, Priest was on that bill the night before in Toronto, which is only 90 miles from here. I don't know why they didn't come here with the other bands, but a local radio station was able to get a phone interview with K.K. Downing.
We've had some awesome shows come through here recently - Dweezil Zappa did his "Zappa Plays Zappa" show last week, Springsteen and Neil Young played shows at a downtown theater, and the Police came through on their tour. For a dying Rust Belt city, we manage to get some decent music...
