I've always worked analog tuners into my pedalboard with an A/B Switch or Volume Pedal. I have always felt that I could never get an accurate tune with digital tuners (and that includes stompbox tuners too)...Digital Meters are just to jumpy. Needle tuners have always been more stable and worked better for me.
Anybody dispute this? Is there a good/stable digital tuner (for gigging) that I don't know about? I've looked around but haven't found one.
I'd be very interested in hearing your opinions.

I have a Korg digital tuner that I bought about 8 years ago. It's a lot better (more accurate) than the ancient plastic Gibson pitchpipe I had forever, but it's definitely jumpy!

I'm not sure which is better, but I really like my Boss TU-2 tuner. Never had any problems with it

I also have a Boss tuner...with digital and needle. Works great.
I also like the Petersen Strobotuners. A very, very accurate tuning device. Probably best suited for a pro repairer/luthier.
I just hate the tuner on my POD and Behringer POD clones. I always have to go to an "outside" tuner when I'm recording.
