would it blow speakers? 100w into 30w??? guy in the store said it is ok, i 'm not so sure...

Who is this guy? I'm not sure about this matchup. I remember from my stereo store days that what really fries a speaker is distortion. You can put 100 clean watts into a lower rated speaker and it may survive. However, when you put 10 dirty watts into a 100 watt speaker, the voice coil will probably fry.
That AC100CPH looks like a beast! Vox says the head should be paired with the V412BN cabinet.
Ask the "guy" what the warranty is, and have him guarantee -- with the backing of the store, of course -- that the cab can handle the power. I would also ask him what Vox's recommended cabinets are for the amp.
