I have a Ibanez Talman, Tele style, with 3 pickups. The middle pick up has its own volume (no tone). Otherwise, the neck and bridge pickups have a master volume and tone knob and a three-way switch. I tried putting in a cap/resist (Treble bleed) on the main volume knob but it cancelled out the middle pickup. Does anybody know where I should place it? Maybe I got the wrong capacitor. I’m in Bali, Indonesia and I tried matching it up best I could.. The treble bleed is grounding out the middle pickup. You might try putting it on the output side of the switch. As long as the middle pickup’s pot is grounded it will cancel out. A Tele I worked on for a guy had a middle pickup and was setup like yours. The only way I got the pickup to work with it’s own volume knob was by unsoldering the ground. Good luck, John
